SHIPPING & RETURNS
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment.
We shall endeavor to ship the goods you have ordered within 2 working days after we receive your payment, as long as the goods selected are marked as “in stock”. Delivery time following shipment depends on country of destination.
If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.
For shipments within Greece, delivery and charges apply as follows:
In Greece within 3 - 6 business days, transportation costs are 4€ up to 4 kg of packages. For additional kg, additional charges will apply.
The preferred method of shipment is ACS Courier.
For international shipments, delivery and charges apply as follows:
In Europe within 3 - 15 business days, transportation costs up to 3 kg of packages vary from 10€ to 20€ according to your selected country of destination. For additional kg, additional charges will apply.
The preferred method of shipment is standard shipping.
In the rest of the world within 5-10 business days, transportation costs are approximately 25€ up to 3 kg of packages. For additional kg, additional charges will apply.
The preferred method of shipment is DHL Express.
Return & Exchange Policy
Products marked as “sale”, “made to order” or are pre-ordered we do not accept exchange or offer a refund.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant to the consumer a period of 14 days from delivery confirmation to return the product. In such case please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all “KARYBU” garment tags still attached. Pack the goods carefully in a box and a secure outer wrapper and send them back clearly addressed to the following address. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please also include in the return package a copy of the return email and the payment receipt and a notice that clearly states your personal information and request. Any such returns shall be accepted solely upon the approval on behalf of “KARYBU” under the above mentioned conditions. Any return delivery costs shall be borne by you. We shall refund you the value of the returned products within 30 calendar days.
Products with Defects
If you believe that the product you ordered does not comply with the terms of the sale agreement or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, you should contact immediately with us through our online communication form, describing in detail the product and its defect, or by phoning us at +0030 2283023301 Monday - Friday, 10:00 – 14:00 PST, or by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you instructions for further action. You can return the product to the address indicated below free of charge. In such case please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all “KARYBU” garment tags still attached. Pack the goods carefully in a box and a secure outer wrapper and send them back clearly addressed to the following address. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to customer. Please also include in the return package a copy of the return email and the payment receipt and a notice that clearly states your personal information and request. Any such returns shall be accepted solely upon the approval of “KARYBU” under the above mentioned conditions . Refund or replacement of product will take place as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day we confirmed you by e-mail that you are entitled to a refund of money or replacement of the defective product. In case of defective products, the amount paid will be refunded in full within 30 calendar days, including shipping costs and any other reasonable expense charges for the return of the product.
In order to ensure a timely and secure return, we suggest using our own shipping service DHL.
“KARYBU” shall not accept return of:
1. Items that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
2. Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear, leggings, leotards, tights, earrings, hosiery, socks and fragrances).

How to receive a refund
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items.
1. The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
2. The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
3. The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
4. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.
*We recommend using our own service in order to ensure a timely delivery however you can also return the item via your preferred service using e.g. regular post.

KARYBU cannot provide replacement service. In case you wish to exchange any product, you need to return such product to the company as further described above and complete a new order.
All products returned to the KARYBU undergo meticulous quality control.
For your own convenience, it is recommended to check carefully your order upon delivery and the condition of the sold product, as well as to check if the product’s packaging is intact so as to detect any apparent defaults. In case a default is detected in a returned product during quality control, the company undertakes to contact consumers in order to resolve the issue.
